Rita has had a 25 year career in health and social care organisations, operating at board level for almost ten of those years, including at Chief Officer level. She is experienced in governance, organisational development and financial management and knows first hand what it is like to operate at a very senior level both in and across organisations. Her particular interests are individual performance coaching, team development and business development, in particular with the third sector. Her coaching style is supportive but challenging, creating a safe space for individuals to gain insight, take control and achieve goals. She works as an associate with selected colleagues and participates in national leadership programmes. She has a creative, energetic style and is good at creating participatory, experiential learning opportunities 'I began coaching formally several years ago and as I developed my skills and knowledge, I began to understand the power of this approach. The reward of seeing individuals grow and develop their careers was hugely satisfying and when the opportunity came to start a new career I knew I wanted coaching to be a key part of it.' |
